Accountability is an ownership. Ownership comes when there is a freedom and recognition. Team leader is responsible to enable that freedom and give recognition. Besides enabling freedom, most important for a leader is to be available to individual team member to guide, explain and give support when a team member seeks a help or struggle to do things in carrying out the work in process or project. Such an effort of a leader brings cohesiveness in a team. Then naturally team flourishes with good performance.  by Mr.KK.
